Maintenance Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Maintenance Administrator to join our team at Meriden Media in Derby. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including ordering parts and building relationships with suppliers
  • Manage COSHH stock control and booking parts into the stores department
  • Assist with producing weekly reports and ensuring legislation is up to date
  • Support the engineering managers with tasks and projects

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret machine drawings
  • Technical knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to learn
