About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a mainstream primary school in Barking. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with SEN and a passion for supporting children with challenging behaviour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group support to children with SEN
  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons
  • Manage challenging behaviour and respond effectively to difficult situations
  • Contribute to promoting good behaviour and a supportive learning environment
