About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Care Professional to join our dynamic team at Home Instead Swansea. As a Weekend Evening Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized and effective support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with group activities and outings, helping clients to engage in meaningful experiences
  • Support with shopping and errands, ensuring clients' needs are met
  • Prepare meals and snacks, promoting healthy eating habits
  • Provide dementia care with empathy and patience, creating a safe and supportive environment
  • Handle light domestic tasks, maintaining a clean and comfortable living space
  • Accompany clients to appointments, providing transportation and support
  • Administer or prompt clients about medication, ensuring their health and well-being
  • Offer support with personal care, promoting independence and dignity

Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
