Assistant Store Manager

Skechers Ireland is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at our Abbey Centre store. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store activities, including merchandising, customer service, and human resources.
- Mentor and oversee store employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless continuity of service.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans.
- Monitor and maintain optimal shop inventory levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety laws and regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Support clients and troubleshoot as needed, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Contribute to store sales targets, driving growth and revenue.
- Prior experience at Supervisor/Assistant Manager level, with a proven track record of success in retail management.
- Strong leadership and team education skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
