Job Title: Production Engineering Lead

Job Summary:

Affinity Water is seeking a highly skilled Production Engineering Lead to join our team. As a key member of our production operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and expertise to ensure the smooth operation of our water treatment facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and support to production operations teams to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Asset Management: Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize asset performance and extend asset life.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including capital delivery, procurement, and operations to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed of project progress and outcomes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a production engineering or asset management role, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Skills: Strong technical knowledge of water treatment processes, asset management principles, and project management methodologies.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
