Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-skilled with a focus on Electrical Systems
- Execute Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Address all on-site breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Conduct fault diagnosis on all machinery to identify problems
- Familiarity with PLC control systems
- Uphold high health and safety standards and foster a positive culture
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and influence processes directly
- Collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Experience with installation and maintenance of single-phase and three-phase electrical motors
- Flexibility in working hours
- Understanding of 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Time-served in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Ideally, completed an apprenticeship
- Strong communication abilities
- Multi-skilled engineering background
- Qualified in IEE Regulations (18th edition)

Compensation and Benefits:
£42,000 - £50,000
