About the Role

We're seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our global team at Sage, where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of AI-driven products. As a Senior UX Designer, you'll be responsible for designing end-to-end experiences for our cloud software, ensuring seamless interactions and intuitive interfaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Competitor analysis, user model definition, and collaboration with analysts to drive business growth.
  • Design of product ecosystems, including layout patterns, UI elements, navigation patterns, and information architecture.
  • Rapid prototyping, user testing, and production of high-fidelity pixel-perfect designs.
  • Development of the Sage brand, pattern libraries, and Design System.
  • Support, coaching, and mentoring of junior colleagues.
  • Peer review, feedback, and critique to support the design of others.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in UX and UI design, with a track record of shipped projects.
  • Expert-level use of Figma and design thinking methodologies.
  • Experience in designing cloud software, SaaS, or rich interactive systems.
  • Accessible design and responsive design expertise.
