Key Responsibilities:

  • Take on the role of project lead on various projects, overseeing the planning and execution of tasks.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on planning matters.

  • Contribute to the growth of the team and workload, identifying opportunities for expansion and improvement.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications and appeals, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Attend client meetings and planning committees, representing the company and providing expert advice.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) or close to submitting.
  • Demonstrable experience within the planning industry, working in a consultancy or local authority.
