Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and guidance to residential care staff, promoting a positive and supportive team culture.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our young people, ensuring their safety, well-being, and development.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other teams, including education and therapy, to ensure a holistic approach to our young people's care.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, making recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in residential care, preferably in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in residential care.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
