About the Role

iotaSciences is a leading provider of innovative solutions for cell biology research, enabling researchers to accelerate their work and make new discoveries. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Junior Sales Manager to join our team and help us expand our presence in Europe.

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads and sales in our core EU markets, including the UK, DACH, Italy, Spain, France, Benelux, and the Nordics. This will involve building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best possible solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to sales targets in line with company strategy
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Provide continuous support to customers, including training and technical assistance
  • Gain a complete understanding of our products and services
  • Present to scientific audiences and represent the company at international conferences and exhibitions
  • Document and manage all leads and customer interactions through our CRM system
  • Maintain professional awareness of competitor activity and customer requirements
Requirements
  • BSc degree in life sciences or related discipline
  • Experience in at least one of the following fields: cell line development, CRISPR, gene editing, or iPSC
  • First experience in scientific instrument sales for cell biology
  • Strong data analysis and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and prioritize tasks
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel and balance workload
  • Ability and willingness to travel, including international travel
