About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Land Train Driver to join our team at Center Parcs. As a key member of our Guest Services team, you will be responsible for transporting guests around the village in a safe and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the land train, ensuring the safety and comfort of all guests
  • Assist guests with boarding and alighting the train, including those with mobility issues
  • Conduct daily checks on the train to ensure it is in good working order
  • Report any maintenance issues to management
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Over 21 years old
  • Basic mechanical knowledge
  • Previous driving experience
  • Excellent people skills
  • Strong attention to detail
