About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team at WT (UK & Europe). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing cost management advice to clients across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quantity surveying, with a minimum of 10 years' experience. You will be able to work independently and as part of a small team, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide cost planning and pre-contract documentation services to clients
  • Manage final accounts and ensure accurate cost reporting
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our project management team to ensure seamless project delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in quantity surveying
  • MRICS or qualified by depth of experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Professional presentation and attention to detail
