As a Digital Legal Apprentice, you will be responsible for supporting the team in various aspects of legal work, including case management, client communication, and document preparation. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, including Caseload, Denovo, and Microsoft Outlook Express.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client information and tasks using Denovo software
  • Support the team in preparing and reviewing documents using Adobe Acrobat Sign
  • Communicate effectively with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders via telephone and email
  • Develop your skills in using legal aid online and Microsoft Word
  • Contribute to the maintenance of Excel spreadsheets and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
