We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bartender to join our team at The Library Bar, located within our 5 Star hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

· Serve a range of high-end cocktails, wines, and spirits, making recommendations based on guests' preferences.

· Take orders accurately and present beverages elegantly to guests.

· Ensure the specification of cocktails is adhered to at all times.

· Record discrepancies such as spillages and breakages accurately for stock checks.

· Deliver service standards in accordance with the company brand standards.

· Be competent with IT applications such as Open table, Adecco, and Micros.

About You:

· Previous experience working in a high-end liquor-led bar and cocktail operation is essential.

· Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and customer service skills.

· Possess impeccable command of the English language, both written and spoken.

· Stay up-to-date with the latest liquor and food trends.
