Retail Operations Supervisor (fixed-term)

Each village hosts various retail outlets, including our dedicated supermarket, Parcmarket, and specialty shops such as Treats for sweets, a children's toy store, a gift shop, and a swimwear and accessories outlet, all complemented by our clothing store.

Whether guests are visiting our on-site supermarket filled with their favorite brands or indulging in a sweet treat from our dedicated shop, our retail teams are committed to providing memorable experiences and outstanding service throughout their stay.

RETAIL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR | £13.13 per hour

We are seeking a proactive and engaging individual with a service-oriented mindset to join our retail team as a Retail Operations Supervisor.

In this role, you will assist in leading a team of colleagues to achieve financial objectives, service standards, and operational excellence, all while ensuring our guests enjoy a unique and memorable experience.

You should present a positive demeanor in both appearance and interaction, actively listen to our guests, and take ownership of any inquiries or concerns. Additionally, you will be responsible for duty management of the Center Parcs retail outlets during your assigned shifts.

WORKING HOURS

This position is fixed-term.

You will be contracted to work 120 hours over a 4-week period on a flexible schedule. This means your working days and hours may vary weekly, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours within each period.

As our village operates year-round, your working hours will include weekends, public holidays, and holiday periods on a rotating basis.

ABOUT YOU

Essential qualifications:

Strong relationship-building skills with colleagues and guests Background in retail or relevant customer service experience Proficiency in computer systems, including electronic point of sale (POS) systems Proven problem-solving abilities

Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with electronic point of sale (POS) systems Demonstrated experience in team leadership
