Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Support Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to customers and external sales teams, as well as managing key customer accounts from a technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver Training: Develop and deliver training programs to customers and internal teams to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively use our solar PV products.
  2. Site Support: Visit construction sites to provide technical support to installers and ensure that our products are being installed correctly.
  3. Design and Consultation: Produce designs and provide consultation services to customers who are looking to use our solar PV products.
  4. Customer Service: Handle customer queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  5. Trade Show Representation: Represent our company at trade shows and visit merchants to promote our solar PV and renewable energy products.

Requirements:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, internal teams, and external partners.
  2. Technical Qualifications: Hold qualifications in a technical-related subject, such as a degree in a relevant field, or have comparable experience in a roofing or electrical-related role.
  3. Training Experience: Have experience delivering training programs, preferably in a technical or sales-related field.
  4. Construction Site Experience: Have experience working on or attending construction sites, with a strong understanding of site safety protocols.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of solar PV products and systems, as well as the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
  6. Driving License: Hold a full UK driving license and be willing to travel regularly throughout the UK and Ireland region.
