Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Operative to contribute to the upkeep of various outdoor environments. This role involves ensuring that gardens, parks, and public areas are maintained to a high standard, promoting safety and aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing lawn mowing, hedge trimming, and flower bed maintenance
  • Planting and nurturing trees, flowers, and shrubs
  • Cleaning and maintaining pathways and outdoor surfaces
  • Utilizing and caring for gardening machinery and tools
  • Applying necessary fertilizers and pesticides to promote plant health
  • Monitoring outdoor spaces for maintenance requirements and reporting issues
  • Supporting various landscaping projects as required

Qualifications:
