Class 2 Driver Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Class 2 Driver to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a Class 2 Driver, you will be responsible for making multidrop deliveries between customer sites, collecting goods when required, and ensuring the safe operation of your vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver goods to customer sites using a Class 2 vehicle
  • Collect goods from suppliers as required
  • Conduct vehicle checks to ensure roadworthiness and compliance with VOSA regulations
  • Use a hand-held scanner to complete relevant paperwork
Requirements:
  • Dangerous Goods ADR Licence
  • HGV2 licence, Digital Tachograph Card, Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)
  • No more than six penalty points on your licence and no DD, DR, IN or CD endorsements
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
  • Experience with multidrop delivery
  • Excellent knowledge of the UK road network
  • Can-do attitude
