Position Overview: We are seeking a Relief Educator to become a part of our dedicated team, providing support in various primary educational institutions on a flexible, day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teaching assistants to enhance student learning.
  • Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons as per the provided plans.
  • Demonstrate experience in teaching Early Years (EYFS), Key Stage 1 (KS1), or Key Stage 2 (KS2).
  • Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS); Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also welcome to apply.

Compensation and Benefits: In addition to the flexibility of choosing your working days, we offer:

  • A competitive daily rate ranging from £125 to £145, translating to an annual salary of approximately £24,375 - £28,275 based on a full-time schedule.
  • Options for PAYE or Umbrella payment methods.
  • Accrued holiday pay at 12.07% of your daily rate for PAYE candidates.

Work Locations: You will have the opportunity to work in various primary schools across the region, all of which are easily accessible and often provide onsite parking.
