We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ecommerce Strategy Lead to join our Marketing team at Simplyhealth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Ecommerce strategy that drives business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Website Management: Ensure the integrity of our websites, overseeing their day-to-day management and optimization to deliver a best-in-class experience for customers.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Work closely with Product Marketing and Growth Leads to develop an integrated data-led strategy to drive customer and business growth across Simplyhealth's consumer and corporate divisions.
- Conversion Rate Optimization: Lead the delivery of a data-led website strategy in collaboration with Product, Tech, and Content teams, with support from the wider Ecom team.
- Communication and Compliance: Ensure that communications and interactions with customers are up-to-date, clear, and consistent, reflecting the brand and product proposition, and compliant with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Insight Generation: Gather, analyze, and blend qualitative and quantitative data to produce consumer and business insights for the development and delivery of advanced optimization approaches.
- OKR Target Achievement: Deliver a best-in-class conversion rate and usability optimization strategy to achieve relevant OKR targets, encompassing A/B, MVT, landing page testing, personalization, and more.
- Audience Tracking: Oversee the maintenance, implementation, and reporting of audience tracking across websites, contributing to the organization's understanding of its platforms and ensuring the smooth running of the website and associated digital channels.
- Digital Planning and Alignment: Work with Product Marketing and Growth Marketing Leads to align on budget, traffic, and sales forecasts for digital channels, share regular performance updates with relevant stakeholders, and provide digital insights and support digital planning.
- Customer Research and Competitor Analysis: Support the evaluation of customer research, market conditions, and competitor data to ensure the digital strategy continues to meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Campaign Alignment and Best Practices: Collaborate closely with the rest of the marketing department on campaign alignment and share digital channel best practices for creative executions and drive adoption of new formats.
- Industry Trends and Tool Recommendations: Research and recommend tools and techniques to stay current with the latest industry trends in driving, measuring, and analyzing site performance.
- Team Leadership and Motivation: Act as a 'go-to' person who inspires and motivates the team and the rest of the business on everything Ecommerce, including up-to-date trends and tech and how these can benefit Simplyhealth.
