About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Kier M&E team on a new project in the MEP sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project delivery from initial bid stage to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Meet company objectives post-contract, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Contribute to pre-contract requirements, focusing on customer satisfaction and business development.

Project Management:

  • Identify and manage project risks, implementing effective mitigation measures to ensure project success.
  • Manage procurement and delivery of subcontractor and supplier packages, ensuring compliance with project quality management procedures.
  • Oversee the MEP delivery team, including QA, design, procurement, commercial, installation, commissioning, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement and comply with Kier's SHE policy, procedures, legal requirements, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Previous Project Management experience within the Construction industry, preferably in the MEP sector.
  • A sound knowledge and technical understanding of MEP systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
  • Commercially and Contractually aware, with experience in managing project finances and contracts.
  • The ability to lead a team and drive a project forward, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
