Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise a team of mental health professionals to deliver high-quality care and treatment to older adults.
- Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
- Provide training and support to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Master's degree in Mental Health Nursing or a related field.
- Significant post-registration experience in community mental health nursing.
- Proven track record of managing complex and high-risk cases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
