About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Lead Theatre Nurse / ODP to join our team at Appoint Healthcare. As a key member of our theatre team, you will be responsible for performing scrub roles in consultant-led surgeries, working across a variety of complex and specialized surgeries, and leading and motivating the team to deliver high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform scrub role in consultant-led surgeries
  • Work across a variety of complex and specialized surgeries
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Focus on Orthopaedic Surgery
Requirements
  • NMC / HCPC registration with no restrictions
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • At least 2 years experience in Orthopaedic Scrub in the UK
  • Previous experience in a leadership / managerial role in a similar setting
  • Surgical First Assist Qualification (SFA) desirable
