GMP Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Polish Speaking Sales Consultant to support our client in their expanding operations. This full-time, permanent position offers a competitive salary of £25,000.

Our client is a prominent manufacturer serving both the UK and EU markets, currently experiencing significant growth and success.

The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment as well as independently. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls related to client orders and inquiries, initiating outbound communications to both new and existing customers to foster and maintain relationships, and managing accounts alongside various office tasks.


Main Responsibilities of the Polish Speaking Sales Consultant:
  • Enhancing sales by converting incoming phone and email inquiries into successful transactions.
  • Identifying potential new customers while reconnecting with previous clients through targeted outbound campaigns.
  • Providing timely quotations and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service, nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of the products and services offered.
  • Advising clients to ensure their needs are met with the best possible solutions.
  • Processing orders and managing sales schedules using SAP ERP and CRM systems.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Fluency in Polish is essential.
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Confidence in communication and interaction.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette.
  • Team-oriented mindset.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
