Job Description

Wallbrook Advisory Limited is seeking experienced researchers and/or case managers to join our Western Europe business intelligence team in London. Ideal candidates will have experience in investigative due diligence and political risk, and the position offered will vary based on the candidate's prior experience in the industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex open source and human intelligence-led investigative assignments, including pre-transactional integrity due diligence checks and other bespoke investigations.
  • Write concise and cogent reports that weave in research findings with an in-depth contextualized analysis of issues at hand.
  • Support the development of Wallbrook's human source network in Western Europe.
  • Assist in training new team members and proofreading reports.
Requirements
  • Fluency in reading and writing English in a commercial context.
  • 2-5 years' full-time post-graduate work experience working in the investigative or corporate intelligence industry.
  • Demonstrate mastery of open source research tools such as LexisNexis, Factiva, as well as regional and language-specific databases and media sources.
  • Experience planning and managing multifaceted research projects from the proposal stage to delivery to client.
  • A working knowledge of financial, commercial, and legal concepts.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited university.
  • Professional proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
