Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in executing the Regional Business strategy through effective financial planning and client service while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and managing associated business risks.
- Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to ensure a thorough understanding of each client's objectives, offering tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- In your first year, you will be entrusted with a substantial client base to manage.
- Deliver consistent, high-quality financial planning that meets established quality benchmarks.
- Identify additional opportunities within the client base while enhancing our understanding of their requirements to exceed expectations and foster enduring relationships.
- Maintain current knowledge of investment markets, financial products, planning methodologies, taxation, and compliance protocols.
- Develop and sustain personal and professional relationships to uncover new opportunities and enhance the firm's visibility.
- Collaborate with clients' other financial professionals to ensure comprehensive service delivery.
- Secure client commitment to both initial and ongoing financial planning services, aiming to grow assets under management and revenue streams.
Qualifications:
You must possess a minimum Level 4 qualification and have prior experience as a financial adviser or paraplanner. Strong communication and influencing skills are essential for building and maintaining trusted relationships with clients, thereby enhancing retention and generating value for both clients and the firm.
