Job Title: Threat and Vulnerability Management Lead (VP)

Location: London

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Resilience Lead to join our client's dynamic and expanding Cyber Resilience Team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading key cyber resilience initiatives, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements such as DORA and CBEST.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop frameworks for penetration testing, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
  • Oversee third-party vendors in the delivery of penetration testing and vulnerability scanning activities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on cyber resilience, advising on areas such as cloud security and third-party risk.
  • Manage remediation activities, ensuring identified vulnerabilities are addressed effectively.
  • Provide regular reporting to management on key metrics, risks, and progress in the testing program.
  • Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Data Management teams, among others, to ensure the organization is less vulnerable to cyberattacks.

Skills and Experience:

  • Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, CBEST).
  • Experience in penetration testing, vulnerability management, and working with third-party vendors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in cloud security and third-party risk management is highly desirable.
