We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team in the agricultural sector. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in mechanical engineering, preferably with relevant qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform maintenance, repair, and servicing of agricultural machinery and equipment
2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure minimal downtime
3. Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance
4. Collaborate with the team to optimize machinery performance and efficiency
5. Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times

The Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a Mechanical Engineer, preferably within the agricultural sector
2. Time-served with relevant qualifications highly preferred
3. Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Willingness to work overtime as required

The Package:

Salary: £15.00-£19.00 per hour + Overtime

Contract: Permanent

Location: Ayrshire
