About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Page Personnel Sales. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR function and ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Document Management: Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date HR documents, including employment records and onboarding guides.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with potential candidates.
  • Staff Training and Development: Organize and coordinate staff training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Employee Support: Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including leaves and compensation.
  • Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with ad-hoc HR projects, such as collecting employee feedback and conducting surveys.
Requirements
  • CIPD Level 3 Qualified or Studying Towards: Hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or be studying towards it.
  • Previous HR Experience: Have previous experience working in a HR department.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
