- Recruitment Support: Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and liaising with potential candidates.
- Staff Training and Development: Organize and coordinate staff training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
- Employee Support: Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, including leaves and compensation.
- Ad-hoc Projects: Assist with ad-hoc HR projects, such as collecting employee feedback and conducting surveys.
- CIPD Level 3 Qualified or Studying Towards: Hold a CIPD Level 3 qualification or be studying towards it.
- Previous HR Experience: Have previous experience working in a HR department.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office applications and HR software.
- Organizational Skills: Possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
