Residential Conveyancer Opportunity

Executive Network Legal Limited is seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters, encompassing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, remortgages, shared ownership, and transfer of equity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters using the firm's case management system.
  • Deliver high-quality client service and work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the residential team to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Manage a caseload of circa 25 new files per month.
Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitors, licensed conveyancers, or legal executives with 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience managing a caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
