Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily functioning of the after school program, prioritizing the safety and welfare of all children.
- Design, organize, and implement a variety of innovative and educational activities that align with the interests and needs of the children.
- Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety standards.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, enhancing community connections.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience working with children in a supervisory capacity, ideally within an after school program or similar environment.
- A proactive, imaginative, and adaptable approach to engaging children in various activities.
- A strong commitment to creating a safe and inclusive environment for all participants.
