Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Kingdom People. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our contract packing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on our equipment and machinery
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Collaborate with our production team to ensure efficient production processes
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a contract packing environment
- Strong mechanical bias and ability to work with a variety of equipment
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
