About the Role:

The Field Service Manager, Medical Systems will be responsible for the day-to-day organisation and management of the field service operations for TRS Consulting's medical systems clients. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as a deep understanding of the medical systems industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Field Service Operations: Manage the field service operations for medical systems clients, including planning, coordinating, and executing field service activities.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of field service engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with medical systems clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality field service solutions.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously improve field service processes and procedures, identifying areas for efficiency gains and implementing changes as needed.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis on field service performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
