Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and services to our residents

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse with current PIN on the NMC register
  • Leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to recognize signs of possible abuse, harm, or neglect and know what to do if concerns arise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
