We are pleased to announce a rewarding opportunity for an Assistant Manager to become part of our newly established Community Mental Health team. This group is dedicated to integrating and leveraging multidisciplinary roles to deliver recovery-oriented and outcome-focused interventions. The ideal candidate will have the chance to advance their career by engaging in various projects or pursuing further training in specialized therapies.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team, employing evidence-based methods in the execution of interventions. The team provides support to clients through diverse approaches, which you will be encouraged and supported to explore, including intervention strategies and care coordination.

We are looking for candidates with experience in mental health environments who are innovative, dynamic, and eager to enhance their clinical expertise. They should possess strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrate behaviors that align with the vision and values of Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust.

The successful candidate will receive managerial and professional guidance from their supervisor within the Community Mental Health Team. Opportunities for peer support and continuing professional development (CPD) are also available and actively promoted.

This is an exciting period to join the Community Mental Health Team as the service has recently undergone a significant review, which is currently being implemented across the organization.

Our services cater to a population exceeding one million residents in Coventry and Warwickshire, as well as a broader geographical area for some of our specialized services, with an average of around 5,000 patients seen daily.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Professional Qualification (RMN, DipCOT)
  • Current unrestricted registration with HCPC/NMC
