Senior Process Engineer

As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be part of a world-class team that strives to bring transformational and sustainable solutions to global material obstacles. Our company operates in a range of industries, including Automotive, Aviation, Medical, and Electronics, creating smarter and more sustainable manufacturing solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design for capital projects, including optioneering, equipment specification, and detailed design.
  • Develop and implement Capital and continuous improvement projects, providing relevant expertise to production plants.
  • Conduct input hazard studies, relief and blowdown studies, area classification reviews, and LOPA reviews.
  • Commission new equipment installed as part of projects, supervising commissioning technicians and contractors when required.
  • Deliver plant optimisation projects, resulting in reduced operating costs and increased plant output.
  • Provide technical expertise to the operations team for troubleshooting and continuous improvement of site operations.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience delivering major capital projects on COMAH regulated plants, significant knowledge of Plant Safety, and practical application of continuous improvement methods, such as lean six sigma. A degree in a Chemical Engineering discipline and Chartered status are also essential.
