Veterinary Surgeon Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our multi-site veterinary team in Oxfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a veterinary surgeon to work across three locations, with the option to split time evenly between sites or focus on a preferred location.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and exciting caseload, ideal for vets looking to broaden their experience. Our team is equipped with advanced technology, including diathermy/ligasure, keyhole laparoscopy, arthroscopes, high-grade ultrasound machines, orthopaedic tools for fracture and cruciate repairs, ECG, multiparameter monitoring for anaesthesia, and digital x-ray.
Role Overview & Benefits:- Salary up to £70,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience, with partnership/ownership opportunities for the right candidate.
- Open to both new graduates and experienced vets.
- 36 hours per week with 1 in 4 weekends.
- Fully funded CPD and certification.
- All VDS/RCVS fees covered.
- No out-of-hours work.
The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic veterinary surgeon with excellent communication skills and a strong awareness of both patient and colleague needs. The role offers support from experienced nurses and senior partner mentorship, providing an excellent environment for development.

Team Structure:The successful candidate will join a team of 8 veterinary surgeons, 9 qualified nurses, 3 student nurses, 4 veterinary care assistants, and 7 receptionists, led by a dedicated practice manager. The team includes highly qualified partners with expertise in small animal surgery, orthopaedics, soft tissue surgery, and internal medicine, ensuring a skilled and supportive environment.
