We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic General Assistant to join our team at Northwood HQ, HA6 3HP. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Basic food preparation and presentation
  • Setting up for breakfast and maintaining a clean and organized environment
  • Restocking items and stock rotation
  • Kitchen and dining room cleaning
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
  • General cleaning of front and back of house areas
  • Following food hygiene and safety procedures at all times
  • Sweeping/Mopping and general housekeeping to maintain high standards
  • Preparation of public-facing areas as required
  • Undertaking relevant training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full on-the-job training will be provided
  • A great team player with a flexible approach to duties
  • A DBS check is required
