Cosmetics Retail Manager Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cosmetics Retail Manager to lead our team of Retail Artists and drive sales, customer service, and operational excellence in our stores. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers, develop and coach a high-performing team, and achieve sales and customer service targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Retail Artists to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management, and leadership of a high-performing team
  • Develop and implement sales and customer service strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience

Requirements

  • Proven retail management experience, preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
