Job Responsibilities
- Perform regular machine checks at the start of each shift and report any issues to the Team Leader.
- Operate machinery in accordance with established safety procedures.
- Verify product requirements and materials, and set up machinery accordingly.
- Ensure machine operation is correct and conduct quality checks, correcting any problems if feasible, and advising the Team Leader.
- Regularly clean machinery to maintain optimal performance.
- Calculate measurements for offsets.
- Handle products and tools with care.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe work area.
- Meet expected production speeds.
Requirements
- Valid driving license or ability to commute to work.
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Good timekeeping.
Additional Information
The successful candidate will have no specific educational requirements. However, a driving license or ability to commute to work is essential.
