Job Title: Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable clients to live their lives to the fullest.

About the Role:

As a Care Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide companionship and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence. Your role will involve:

  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as housework, meal preparation, and personal care
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to our clients
  • Supporting clients with medication administration, as required
  • Assisting with errands and other tasks as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Previous experience in a care setting, although not essential
  • A valid driver's license (desirable)
