The facility is equipped with approximately 30 machines, including Lathes, Mills, and Eroding machines, all operated using advanced control systems such as Siemens, Fanuc, Prototrak, and Heidenhain.

Role Overview
The CNC Production Process Supervisor will assist in overseeing production management, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process. - Support Manufacturing Engineers in implementing best practices and manufacturing methods.

- Address inquiries from team members regarding ongoing projects.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturing processes and maintain traceability.

- Promote and enforce health and safety standards.
- Comply with company policies and employment contracts.
- Assist with various tasks to support production and operational efficiency.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives
- Lead efforts for continuous improvement by proposing enhancements to senior management.
- Mentor team members to maximize the effectiveness of suggestions and improvements.
- Track the progress of implemented improvements and seek further enhancements.
- Encourage training and skill development among the workforce.
