Daily Responsibilities:

Execute maintenance activities, encompassing both preventive and corrective measures. Ensure that all spare parts and equipment are properly maintained, with any necessary repairs documented according to asset management protocols. Conduct root cause analysis for automation failures and deliver prompt repair solutions or corrective actions to minimize operational disruptions. Guarantee that all engineering tasks are performed effectively and efficiently.

Qualifications for Success at GXO:

Hold a qualification in electrical and mechanical engineering (minimum ONC Electrical Engineering / NVQ Level 3 or equivalent). Possess prior experience in a comparable setting, specifically with warehouse automation technologies such as Automated Guided Vehicles, conveyors, and sorting systems. Demonstrate experience in a complex, fast-paced environment. Exhibit a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
