About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Recruitment Manager to join our team at Regent's University London. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a recruitment strategy to ensure the University meets its enrolment targets and growth plan.

You will work closely with our conversion and admissions colleagues to optimize the conversion and enrolment of students who meet the academic entry requirements. Your goal will be to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer journey for students throughout the recruitment and admissions process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a recruitment strategy for priority countries to meet enrolment targets and growth plan
  • Collaborate with conversion and admissions colleagues to optimize student conversion and enrolment
  • Ensure a seamless and high-quality customer journey for students throughout the recruitment and admissions process
