About MCG Talent

MCG Talent is a leading international talent consultancy with a strong presence in the Middle East and North Africa region.

We are currently seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead our Saudi office in Riyadh and drive our expansion plans in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our Saudi office and develop a high-performing recruitment team
  • Grow our presence in the region through strategic recruitment and business development
  • Collaborate with our Dubai office to drive success across MENA
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients and candidates

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of billing and growing teams
  • Previous experience working in an Agency environment, preferably in digital, creative, marketing, technology, and/or PR & communications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
