School Meal Cover Operative

Job Summary:
The Lunch Bag is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic School Meal Cover Operative to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing meal heating relief for absent staff and conducting audits in schools as necessary.
About the Role:
This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a competent individual who is great with people, flexible in their work environment, and able to work quickly and with precision. You will represent The Lunch Bag in the school community and must be of sound character, good nature, and shared values.
Key Responsibilities:
Load prepackaged school meals into ovens and heat them to specific temperatures according to HACCP guidelines.
Unload ovens and distribute lunches to classrooms.
Ensure adequate stock levels and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Follow and maintain work and cleaning schedules, as well as temperature and cleaning records.
Participate in HACCP and Manual Handling Training provided by The Lunch Bag.
Requirements:
Ability to read English and follow instructions.
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Own transport and ability to obtain Garda Vetting.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of €530 per week.
Mileage will be reimbursed.
