Job Advert Role Description

We operate an 8-bed facility dedicated to adults with Autism and Learning Disabilities.

Our residents' environment is centered around engaging activities and ensuring enjoyment, thus a positive attitude and readiness to participate in various activities such as bowling, swimming, outings, nature walks, and shopping are essential.

The core philosophy of our service revolves around the individual needs of our clients, aiming to inspire them to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives. The requirements of these individuals guide our service, making it crucial to have like-minded support staff for this position.

We seek an individual to join our skilled and established team, capable of positively impacting the lives of others and empowering them to achieve independence and inclusion within the community.

You will collaborate with a long-standing, welcoming team that will provide you with the necessary resources to support these individuals effectively.
