The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Operations. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and security for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement network architecture, including WAN and LAN configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, ensuring minimal downtime
  • Maintain and extend network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network security and compliance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, recommending improvements to our network infrastructure

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of commercial experience in a similar networking environment
  • Strong technical understanding of multiple network vendor CLI languages
  • Experience with WAN circuits and solutions, including MPLS and VPNs
  • Knowledge of PBX, IP, and VOIP systems (desirable)
  • CCNA certification, preferred but not essential
