About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Practicus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.

With a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success, you will be able to articulate the value of our solutions to NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, and charities throughout the UK. Your ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively will be essential in driving business growth and delivering results.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing sales plans to achieve targets.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about sales and business development. If you have a strong network and relationships within the NHS and healthcare provider organisations, and are able to demonstrate target attainment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business objectives
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets
  • Build strong relationships with NHS Trusts, Local Authorities, and charities
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to articulate the value of our solutions

What We Offer:

  • A basic salary of £60,000 to £65,000
  • OTE and benefits
