Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing person-centered care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to a safe and healthy environment by adhering to infection control and health and safety policies.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and bank holidays.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting the well-being of residents.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
- 36 hours per week, with opportunities for overtime.
